Description
Shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan, and romaine wrapped in a soft tortilla for a classic handheld lunch.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded)
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan, and chopped romaine.
2. Mix until everything is evenly coated and well combined.
3. Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
4. Spoon the filling mixture down the center of each tortilla.
5. Fold in the sides and roll tightly like a burrito.
6. Slice in half if desired, and serve immediately or wrap and chill for later.
Notes
These wraps can be made up to 24 hours in advance and stored in the fridge.
You can swap in grilled chicken or rotisserie chicken for extra flavor.
Try adding sliced cherry tomatoes or a few croutons for extra crunch.
