Ingredients
2 cups cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Black olives (for decorating)
Optional: ½ cup crushed walnuts, 1 cup cheddar instead of 2 cups, chopped green onions
Instructions
1. Mix cream cheese and cheddar in a bowl until smooth.
2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper; combine thoroughly.
3. Shape the mixture into a round skull using hands.
4. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour.
5. Unwrap and smooth the surface as needed.
6. Use sliced black olives to create eyes, nose, and stitched mouth resembling Jack Skellington.
7. Serve chilled on a decorative platter surrounded by crackers or fresh vegetables.
8. Let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving for easier spreading.
