Ingredients

1.5 oz vodka

1.5 oz halal coffee liqueur (e.g., Kahlua alternative)

2 oz pumpkin spice coffee creamer

1 oz heavy cream (optional)

1 pinch pumpkin pie spice

Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (for rim)

1 tsp sugar (for rim)

1 tsp simple syrup or corn syrup (for rim)


Instructions

1. Combine pumpkin pie spice and sugar in a shallow dish.

2. Pour syrup on a separate plate.

3. Dip the rim of a lowball glass into the syrup, then into the sugar-spice mix to coat.

4. Fill the glass with ice.

5. In a shaker, combine vodka, coffee liqueur, pumpkin creamer, and pumpkin spice.

6. Add ice and shake until chilled.

7. Strain into the prepared glass.

8. Top with whipped cream and add a cinnamon stick if desired.

Notes

If pumpkin spice creamer is unavailable, mix heavy cream or whole milk with pumpkin puree.

Optional toppings include whipped cream or a cinnamon stick.

For a fancier rim, use crushed graham crackers with the sugar and spice.
