Halloween Eyeball Jello Shots for Spooky Parties

  • Author: Chef Elon
  • Total Time: 2 hours 5 minutes
  • Yield: 9 shots 1x

Description

These Halloween eyeball jello shots are fruity, spooky, and simple to make. Perfect for Halloween parties, they can be prepared ahead and topped with candy eyeballs for a creepy-cool finish.

Ingredients

Scale

1 box (3 oz) strawberry jello

1¼ cups boiling water

¾ cup red berry flavored vodka

9 candy eyeballs

Instructions

1. Add jello powder to a heat-safe bowl.

2. Pour in boiling water and whisk until dissolved.

3. Stir in vodka until well mixed.

4. Pour mixture into 9 small cups, leaving a small gap at the top.

5. Place cups on a baking sheet and refrigerate for 2 hours until set.

6. Add a candy eyeball to each just before serving.

Notes

Add eyeballs just before serving to prevent softening.

Use a baking sheet to move cups into the fridge easily.

Avoid adding too much alcohol, or the jello will not set.

Store in the fridge for up to 1 week without eyeballs.

Do not freeze.
