Description
Crispy chicken tenders, melty cheese teeth, and silly olive eyes make these Halloween Chicken Parmesan Sliders the ultimate spooky party snack.
Ingredients
8 frozen chicken tenders
8 slider buns
8 slices mozzarella cheese
¾ cup marinara sauce
16 green olives stuffed with pimento
Instructions
1. Cook chicken tenders according to package directions until golden and crispy.
2. While baking, cut mozzarella slices into jagged shapes to resemble monster teeth.
3. Skewer two green olives onto each toothpick to create monster eyes.
4. Heat marinara sauce in a small saucepan until it begins to simmer.
5. Spread about 1 tablespoon of sauce on the bottom half of each bun.
6. Top with a chicken tender, add more sauce if desired, and place mozzarella slice with teeth facing out.
7. Cover with the top bun and insert two olive toothpicks into the bun for eyes.
8. Serve immediately while warm and melty.
Notes
Cheese slices can be pre-cut into monster teeth shapes up to 3–4 days in advance and stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
Olive toothpicks can also be prepped ahead and stored the same way.
For best taste and texture, assemble sliders just before serving.
