Description

A spooky and fun Halloween charcuterie board filled with halal meats, cheeses, fruits, sweets, and festive decorations. Perfect for parties and family nights.

Ingredients

Cheddar cheese (cut into pumpkin or bat shapes)

Brie (optional topping: cranberry or raspberry jam)

Goat cheese (rolled in crushed black pepper or herbs)

Halal salami (shaped into roses)

Halal prosciutto (draped loosely)

Halal pepperoni slices

Green and purple grapes

Apple slices (dipped in lemon juice)

Blackberries and raspberries

Candy corn

Dark chocolate squares or truffles

Gummy worms

Pumpkin seeds

Decorated Halloween cookies (ghosts, witches, spiders)

Edible flowers (marigolds, nasturtiums)

Dried apricots

Assorted nuts

Chocolate-covered pretzels

Crackers (added before serving)

Instructions

1. Start with a large board or tray depending on party size.

2. Place cheeses and large fruit clusters first to anchor the board.

3. Arrange halal meats in roses or gentle folds around the cheeses.

4. Add fruits, chocolates, and sweets in small grouped sections.

5. Fill empty gaps with pumpkin seeds, nuts, or herbs.

6. Add cookies, dried fruits, and edible flowers for decoration.

7. Stretch melted marshmallows to create edible spider webs.

8. Optional: make lychee and blueberry “eyeballs” for a spooky touch.

9. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Add crackers last.

Notes

Dip apple slices in lemon juice to prevent browning.

Keep crackers off the board until serving to avoid sogginess.

Stretch melted marshmallows for spider web designs.

Kids can help with cutting cheese shapes and arranging candy.

Use mini pumpkins and edible flowers for a festive look.
