Ingredients
Large marshmallows
White chocolate
Vegetable shortening
Powdered sugar
Black edible marker
Candy eyes
Instructions
1. Melt white chocolate with vegetable shortening in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
2. Dip the bottom of one marshmallow in melted chocolate and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Stack two more marshmallows on top, using melted chocolate as adhesive.
3. Once the stack is stable, coat the entire structure with more melted chocolate. While the coating is still wet, attach candy eyes.
4. Let the chocolate set completely.
5. Dust with powdered sugar and draw a smile using a black edible marker.
