Description
Tender seasoned steak bites in a luscious garlic butter sauce, prepared and cooked in the air fryer.
Ingredients
450g (1lb) of sirloin steak, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp of paprika
½ tsp of garlic powder
½ tsp of onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tbsp of salted butter
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp of freshly chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
2. In a bowl, mix the steak bites with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Add the steak bites to the air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches if necessary).
4. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, shaking halfway through, until desired doneness.
5. While the steak cooks, melt butter in a small pan over medium heat.
6. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
7. Pour garlic butter over cooked steak bites and toss to coat.
8. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
Notes

Use tongs to remove steak bites to avoid overcooking.
