Ingredients
2 lbs (900g) sirloin steak, cubed
¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
¼ cup beef broth
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp butter, cut into pieces
Fresh parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
1. Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels.
2. Mix soy sauce, broth, Worcestershire, garlic, onion powder, paprika, and pepper.
3. Add steak and marinade to slow cooker; stir to coat evenly.
4. Top with butter pieces.
5. Cook on LOW 4–5 hours or HIGH 2–3 hours until tender.
6. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.
