Description

Creamy crockpot crack chicken is rich, cheesy, and loaded with bacon and ranch flavor. It’s an easy, family-friendly meal with endless serving options—perfect for sandwiches, wraps, or low-carb lettuce cups.

Ingredients

Scale

2 lbs chicken breasts

1 packet ranch dressing mix

1 block (8 oz) cream cheese

1/23/4 cup cooked, crumbled bacon

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 green onions, sliced

Buns, croissants, tortillas, or lettuce (for serving)

Instructions

1. Add chicken to the bottom of the crockpot.

2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.

3. Place the block of cream cheese on top.

4. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours.

5. Remove lid, shred the chicken using two forks.

6. Stir the shredded chicken and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

7. Mix in cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions. Stir well.

8. Serve warm on buns, wraps, or lettuce cups.

Notes

Freshly cooked bacon adds more flavor than store-bought bits.

For a spicier version, add chopped jalapeños or red pepper flakes.

To make it keto-friendly, skip the bread and use lettuce wraps or veggie sticks.

Let leftovers cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
