Description

Savory turkey, tart cranberries, and classic herbs baked into tender stuffing balls. Perfect as a holiday side, appetizer, or snack in just 45 minutes.


Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey

1 cup fresh cranberries

1 cup breadcrumbs

1 medium onion, finely chopped

1 celery stalk, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried sage

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

2 large eggs

½ cup chicken broth

Olive oil, for drizzling


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Mix breadcrumbs, cranberries, onion, celery, garlic, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

3. Add ground turkey and eggs, then pour in chicken broth; mix thoroughly until well combined.

4. Shape mixture into 1 to 1½ inch balls with damp hands to avoid sticking.

5. Place balls evenly spaced on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.

6. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.

7. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked.

8. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Add or substitute herbs and vegetables to suit your taste.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

To reheat, place in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 10–15 minutes until hot.

Mixture can be prepared ahead; refrigerate until ready to bake.

Freeze uncooked or baked balls on a tray, then store in a freezer bag or container.
