Description

Ingredients

1/2 cup shredded cheese (any variety)

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Preheat waffle maker until hot.

2. Whisk egg in a bowl until frothy.

3. Add shredded cheese, garlic powder (if using), salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

4. Lightly grease waffle maker with oil or cooking spray.

5. Pour mixture into the waffle maker and cook 3–5 minutes until golden and crispy.

6. Remove carefully and serve warm.
