Ingredients
4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
2. Pat chicken dry with paper towels
3. Mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper
4. Rub spice mixture onto chicken thighs thoroughly
5. Place thighs skin-side up on parchment-lined baking sheet
6. Bake for 45–50 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F (75°C)
7. Optional: Broil for 3–5 minutes for extra crispiness
8. Rest chicken for 5–10 minutes before serving
